Updated 8/5/27 Piece of advice for management. Please start charging members for not showing up to booked reservations. This makes it hard for me to have the chance to book a pool lane I actually intend to show up for and use. Most of the time all the lanes are booked but no one ever shows up to actually use them. Doing this would ensure more available bookings for those who actually want to utilize the pool and intend to follow through with reservations. I know it may seem trivial but it’s just unfair to members who aren’t able to have a confirmed reservation because others want keep then for themselves Just joined a couple weeks ago. It’s not the most up to date facility. But for what I need, it works. I feel normal here. I never felt that peace at lifetime. Glad I made the switch. My most important features I primarily use are the pool for doing laps, steam room, sauna and cold plunge. So I got no complaints. It’s exactly what I need. I feel a great sense of community here and I have yet to feel unwelcome by any members. The staff so far have been nothing short of incredible, with the small exception of a few spa and fitness instructors. Adal, helped me sign up and he made the

For me it is about the steam sauna, the cold plunge, and the pool. The weight room is tight and it is tough to get on equipment, that could use expansion. I am sure most people are there for the tennis and racquet ball. The amenities are great, I love that they have coffee machines and couches to take calls. People are generally respectful and clean up after themselves, but the staff has been spectacular.

I really wanted to love Camelback Village. The initial tour was wonderful, and the front-line staff was welcoming. Unfortunately, the management and corporate leadership completely failed when it came to basic inclusion and civil rights. As a business professional and a transgender woman whose gender is legally recognized as female by the State of Arizona, I was fully transparent with management prior to enrolling. I simply asked them to confirm that their staff enforces a zero-tolerance policy against harassment so I could have peace of mind while using the women's facilities that align with my legal identity. Instead of standing behind the safety and legal rights of their patrons, management sent me a written response refusing to provide any assurances of a safe environment, effectively telling me to take my business elsewhere. They prioritized the hypothetical 'discomfort' of prejudiced members over the safety and legal rights of a paying customer. It is incredibly disappointing that a club boasting about its 'community' would explicitly refuse to protect a legally recognized woman in their facilities. If you are a member of the LGBTQ+ community, an ally, or simply someone wh

I recently joined this gym and have had a great experience so far. Even during busy hours, I’ve always been able to find parking, and there’s equipment available when I need it. The locker rooms are clean and well maintained, which I really appreciate. The outdoor pool could use a bit more frequent cleaning, but it’s understandable given that it’s outside. The café is a nice bonus. The food is good. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to join this gym.

Camelback Village Racquet & Health Club is, quite simply, one of the best-run, best-maintained, and most enjoyable athletic clubs in Arizona. From the moment you walk in, it’s obvious this is a place that takes pride in its facility, its members, and its culture. The cleanliness alone is worth calling out. Every area—from the locker rooms to the courts to the common spaces—is consistently spotless. This is not a “clean most of the time” club; it is meticulously maintained, every single visit. That level of care shows strong management and an attention to detail that is rare. The tennis courts are exceptional and easily among the best in the state. The surface quality, spacing, and overall condition are top-tier, and it’s clear that tennis is taken seriously here. Whether you’re a casual player or very competitive, this is the type of facility you actually look forward to playing at. The community is another standout. The people here are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable to be around. There is a real sense of connection without any of the pretentiousness that some private clubs carry. It feels established, classy, and relaxed all at the same time—a difficult balance to
